SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

During holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

SHIPPING RATES AND FREE SHIPPING

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address and available shipping service.

Orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping. The final shipping cost and free shipping eligibility will be displayed at checkout before payment.

DELIVERY TIME

Most orders are delivered within approximately 7 business days after shipment.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the shipping carrier, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

Orders may be shipped using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier is selected based on the delivery address, package size, and available shipping service.

ORDER TRACKING

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may require up to 24–48 hours to become available on the carrier’s website.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible at sales@dizaousa.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR MISSING ITEMS

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged, incorrect, or missing.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the products and shipping package when applicable. After the issue has been verified, we will send the replacement, correct, or missing item at no additional charge.
